3-pin cable connector, D10–16.5 mm

The THB.405.D3EU cable connector from Binder is a 3-pole circular connector from the TH405 series, designed for cable diameters of 10–16.5 mm. The number of pins makes it the standard solution for three-phase applications or multi-core signal connections.

With three poles, it is possible to set up three-phase connections (L1, L2, L3), single-phase supplies with a protective earth conductor (L, N, PE) or three-wire sensor interfaces. The larger cable diameter allows thicker cables to be connected for higher current loads.

The connections are made by crimping or soldering, ensuring a reliable, long-lasting connection. Typical applications include motor connections, heating and cooling units, lighting controls, and sensors and actuators in mechanical and plant engineering.
