Voluntary Return Policy (for Business Customers)

E.Hartner & Co GmbH offers business customers the option to return goods within 30 days of delivery. This is a voluntary service – there is no legal entitlement.

Conditions for returns:

The goods are in perfect, saleable condition
The original packaging is unopened and undamaged
This is a stock item (not a special order or made-to-order item)

Non-returnable items include, in particular: pre-manufactured and cut products, custom-made products, individually manufactured goods, and special casings.

Processing: Once the returned goods have been successfully inspected, you will receive a credit note for the value of the goods, less a restocking fee. The credit note will be applied to future orders; cash refunds are not available.

Consumer's right of withdrawal

To the extent that consumers within the meaning of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) are contract partners, they are exceptionally entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods manufactured to customer specifications or tailored to individual requirements (e.g. cut goods, custom-made items)
• Goods which after delivery have been inseparably mixed with other goods
• Items that cannot be returned once the seal has been broken for hygiene reasons
• Goods that spoil quickly or whose expiry date may have passed

Consequences of withdrawal

If you revoke this contract, we shall repay you all payments we have received from you, including the cost of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs arising from your choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your revocation of this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged fees for this refund.
