This MHDTPPK15-K series connector housing is designed for 15-pin D-SUB connectors in a pin header configuration (male, DB15P). It provides complete enclosure of the connector element, including all mounting components.
The housing protects the contact points from mechanical damage, contamination and accidental contact. The integrated cable strain relief prevents damage caused by mechanical stress at the cable outlet and ensures a long-lasting connection.
The housing is used in connection technology for video, data and control cables, particularly in VGA connections, industrial bus systems and measurement and test technology. The design complies with current D-SUB standards.
Assembly is carried out by screwing or snapping the housing parts together. All the necessary fasteners are included in the kit, enabling quick and secure installation.
