The Binder M12 right-angled female connector (part no. 77 3434 0000 20005 0500) from the 765/763 series is a 5-pin sensor/actuator connection in a right-angled design with a 5 m cable length. The five cores enable complex applications such as IO-Link communication, encoder connection or sensors with multiple switching outputs. The longer cable offers flexibility in system planning and enables greater distances without intermediate distribution.

The grey PVC cable with a 5 x 0.34 mm² cross-section is moulded onto the connector at the factory and provides permanent protection against tensile load and moisture. The IP69K protection rating qualifies this angled socket for high-pressure cleaning and hygienic production environments in the food industry, beverage technology and pharmaceutical production. The unshielded version is suitable for digital communication and switching tasks without extreme EMC requirements.

With a 5 m cable length and UL 2238 certification, the connection meets North American and European safety standards and allows for greater installation distances. The M12 screw locking mechanism ensures a vibration-proof mechanical connection. Typical applications: IO-Link master connection, incremental encoders, solenoid valves with feedback contact, safety light curtains and multi-channel light barriers in automation technology and mechanical engineering with greater cabling distances.
