The 31 5237 500 520 solenoid valve socket from Binder’s 210 series is a solution moulded onto the cable with an integrated LED indicator for controlling solenoid valves in accordance with DIN EN 175301-803, type A. With a 2+2PE pin configuration and Z20 circuit, it enables visual monitoring of the valve circuit’s status via a PNP LED, making it ideal for rapid diagnosis and maintenance.
The robust black PUR cable, 5 m in length, offers an extended operating range and ensures flexibility even at low temperatures, as well as high resistance to oils, chemicals and mechanical stress. The IP67 protection rating reliably protects the connector against dust and temporary submersion. The integrated LED lights up when the circuit is active and indicates the operating status directly on the valve.
The locking mechanism consists of a central screw (M3), which ensures secure mechanical fastening and easy installation. The unshielded design is intended for typical switching applications without EMC-critical signal transmission. The PNP circuit Z20 offers an alternative contact configuration for specific application requirements.
