The 31 5236 500 510 solenoid valve socket from the 210 series by Binder is a solution moulded onto the cable with an integrated LED indicator for controlling solenoid valves in accordance with DIN EN 175301-803, type A. With a pin configuration of 2+2PE and Z10 circuit configuration, it enables visual monitoring of the valve’s operating status via a PNP LED, making it ideal for rapid diagnosis and maintenance.
The robust black PUR cable, 5 m in length, offers an extended operating range and ensures flexibility even at low temperatures, as well as high resistance to oils, chemicals and mechanical stress. The IP67 protection rating reliably protects the connector against dust and temporary submersion. The integrated LED lights up when the circuit is active and indicates the operating status directly on the valve.
The locking mechanism consists of a central screw (M3), which ensures secure mechanical fastening and easy installation. The unshielded design is intended for typical switching applications without EMC-critical signal transmission. The PNP circuit Z10 is compatible with standard PLC outputs.
Typical applications: automation technology with status feedback, pneumatic control systems, systems with diagnostic requirements, mechanical engineering.
