The M12 flange connector 99 0641 10 05 from the Binder Series 823 is designed for rear-panel mounting in control cabinets and enclosures. The 4+FE pin configuration with a dedicated earth contact ensures a safe power supply with an earthing function. THR (Through Hole Reflow) connection for direct PCB mounting.
Installation is carried out from the rear through a housing wall using an M16x1.5 mounting thread. Once the screws have been tightened and the seal has been fitted correctly, IP67 protection is achieved at the housing feed-through. The THR contact pins are soldered into PCB holes – ideal for automated manufacturing processes.
UL 2238 approval ensures that the flange connector complies with North American market requirements. Unshielded version for power applications. Back-panel mounting protects solder joints from mechanical stress and allows tool-free access to the connector from the outside.
