The HCA78-50J coaxial cable is a 7/8-inch HCA cable with 50 Ohm impedance and air dielectric for frequencies up to 3 GHz. It is one of the most widely used cable types in modern mobile network infrastructure.
The air dielectric ensures low transmission loss and high power handling capacity. The frequency range up to 3 GHz fully covers all common mobile communication bands (GSM, UMTS, LTE, 5G Sub-6 GHz) as well as TETRA and BOS frequencies.
The cable is suitable for base station installations, indoor and outdoor distribution systems, and Wi-Fi access point connections in larger installations. It is compatible with 7/8-inch connectors in N-type and 4.3-10 format.
