The Cat.6 data cable with LSZH sheath (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) combines high transmission performance with maximum fire safety. In the event of a fire, the halogen-free sheath develops minimal smoke and no corrosive gases, which protects people and electronics.
Cat.6 enables transmission frequencies of up to 250 MHz and supports 10GBASE-T (10 Gigabit Ethernet) up to 55 metres in length, as well as 1000BASE-T over the full distance. Its improved transmission properties compared to Cat.5e offer future-proof headroom for increasing bandwidth requirements.
The 305-metre box allows for economical installation on larger projects. The LSZH material is particularly important in public buildings, hospitals, schools, underground train stations and areas with restricted escape routes, where fire safety regulations mandate LSZH cables.
The cabling meets international standards for Cat.6 and fire safety classifications. Ideal for safety-critical environments that require both high data rates and strict security requirements.
