The shielded RJ45 coupler connects two CAT5E patch cables whilst maintaining full shielding. The metal housing ensures continuous EMC shielding and protects Gigabit Ethernet connections from electromagnetic interference.
With a transmission bandwidth of up to 100 MHz and its shielded design, the adapter is particularly suitable for industrial networks where high data rates and immunity to interference are both essential. The precise contact design ensures minimal reflection losses.
The shielded design meets enhanced EMC requirements and is compatible with FTP and STP cable systems. All eight contacts are interconnected, ensuring full support for PoE applications as well as data transmission.
