The 716M-NM coaxial adapter connects a 7-16 connector interface to an N-male connector with an impedance of 50 ohms. With a PIM rating of –163 dBc and an IP68 protection rating, this adapter is suitable for use in demanding outdoor installations with high RF quality requirements.

Unlike the 716M-NF variant, this adapter features a plug-to-plug configuration (male/male), making it ideal for specific connection scenarios in which both end points are fitted with couplers. The IP68 rating provides permanent protection for the connection against moisture and dust.

Areas of application include LTE and 5G base stations, TETRA and BOS infrastructures, as well as RF system integrations where Type 7, Type 16 and N-type components need to be adapted for outdoor use and low intermodulation distortion is required.
