The M8 flange connector, item number 76 6219 1111 00005 0200, from the Binder Series 718 is a 5-pin sensor/actuator connector for advanced automation applications. The unshielded design with stranded wire terminals allows for flexible wiring with a higher number of pins and back-panel mounting.

Technical specifications: IP67 protection rating ensures protection against dust and temporary submersion – ideal for industrial environments. The M8 screw-lock mechanism ensures a mechanically stable, vibration-resistant connection. The M10x0.75 mounting thread is designed for rear-panel mounting – installation is carried out from the inside of the device, making it ideal for cable ducts or protected mounting situations. UL 2238 certification is available.

The 5-pin version is suitable for more complex signal transmissions, such as IO-Link sensors, encoders or devices with a separate power supply and multiple signal lines. The stranded wire connection allows for crimping or soldering. As a flange connector, the component is mounted on the cabinet or housing side and connected to the connecting cables.

Manufacturer: Binder (binder-connector.com), 768/718 series. M8 interface compliant with IEC 61076-2-104. Typical applications: mechanical engineering, the packaging industry, intralogistics, smart sensor technology.
