The M8 flange connector, item number 76 6219 1111 00003 0200, from the Binder Series 718 is a 3-pin sensor/actuator connector designed for integration into equipment and control cabinets. The unshielded version with stranded wire termination is the male counterpart to M8 sockets and enables flexible wiring configurations.

Technical features: IP67 protection rating guarantees protection against dust and temporary submersion – essential for industrial environments. The M8 screw lock ensures a vibration-resistant mechanical connection. The M10x0.75 mounting thread allows for front mounting in enclosure walls, equipment interfaces or junction boxes. UL 2238 certification available.

The 3-pin version is suitable for simple sensor and actuator applications with a power supply and a signal conductor, such as proximity switches, photoelectric sensors or valve connectors. The stranded wire connection allows for both crimp and solder mounting. As a flange connector (flush-mounted connector), the component is mounted on the equipment or enclosure side and connected to cable glands.

Manufacturer: Binder (binder-connector.com), Series 768/718. Compatible with M8 connectors in accordance with IEC 61076-2-104. Typical applications: mechanical engineering, material handling, packaging systems, industrial image processing.
