The Binder M8 flange plug (item no. 76 6019 0111 00003 0200) from the 718 series is the male counterpart to the M8 flange sockets. With 3 poles and an IP67/IP69K protection rating, it is designed for the most demanding environmental conditions, including high-pressure cleaning.
The front-mount design allows installation from the front of the enclosure, which is particularly advantageous for retrofitting or maintenance work. The stranded wire connection offers flexible wiring options, with cable entry via an M8x0.5 thread. The screw lock mechanically secures the plug connection.
The connector is suitable for wiring compact sensors, photoelectric sensors and actuators in harsh industrial environments. Approved for international markets with UL 2238 certification. Typical applications include food processing, the drinks industry, the pharmaceutical sector and automotive manufacturing, where regular, intensive cleaning using high pressure and high temperatures is required. The 3-pin version covers standard sensor applications.
