The Binder M12 panel-mounted connector (item number 86 7047 0000 00009) from the 767 series is a binder hybrid connector with 2+7 poles for combined power and signal transmission. The IP67 protection rating, when mated and locked, ensures reliable protection against dust and temporary submersion.

The hybrid design, featuring 2 power contacts and 7 signal contacts, enables the simultaneous transmission of supply voltage and data signals via a single binder connector. This significantly reduces cabling requirements and space requirements. The solder connection ensures a permanent electrical connection, whilst the M12 screw lock provides mechanical stability.

The front-mount version allows for easy installation in enclosure walls, control cabinets or machine structures. The binder connector is suitable for demanding industrial applications with high requirements for data transmission and power supply.

Typical applications include fieldbus systems (Profibus, Profinet, EtherCAT), smart sensors and actuators with integrated electronics, cameras used in image processing, RFID readers and other data-intensive automation components in mechanical engineering and process automation.
