The LCF158-50JA coaxial cable is a large calibre 1-5/8-inch LCF cable with 50 Ohm impedance and a maximum operating frequency of 2.75 GHz. Due to its large cross-section, it features particularly low attenuation values and is designed for high-performance applications with high transmission power.
The frequency range up to 2.75 GHz covers all relevant mobile radio bands from GSM 900 to LTE 2600 as well as UMTS and TETRA. The cable is available in a robust standard outer sheath version and is suitable for outdoor feeder installations.
Applications are primarily main feeder lines for mobile macro cells and high-performance base stations, radio and broadcast systems, as well as critical infrastructure projects (public safety, authorities networks) where minimal line losses and high transmission power are paramount.
