This labelling option makes it easier to clearly assign signals to connection points and speeds up commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance. Each position can be labelled with function numbers, channel identifiers or signal designations.<\/p>\n<p>The spring-loaded terminals (push-terminals) enable tool-free connection of conductors whilst ensuring a high level of mechanical security. The panel connects the field level (M8\/M5 connectors for sensors, actuators, light barriers and proximity switches) to the control side in the control cabinet. The numbering ideally corresponds to circuit diagrams and PLC addresses.<\/p>\n<p>This is particularly advantageous in large-scale installations with numerous field devices, where unambiguous identification and comprehensive documentation are critical.
