The THB.387.E5A MINI cable connector from Binder is a 5-pin circular connector from the TH387 series for panel mounting. With five contacts, this connector provides sufficient poles for demanding signal transmission, multi-channel audio/video applications or control tasks involving several independent signal paths.

The design as a cable connector with a panel-mounting option allows for flexible installations, in which the binder connector is mounted directly onto the device or onto a front panel. Connection is via screw terminals, which ensure a secure, tool-assisted and permanent connection for the individual conductors. This connection method requires very little maintenance and is resistant to vibration.

Typical areas of application include measurement and testing technology, automation technology, professional audio/video technology and mechanical engineering. The 5-pin configuration is suitable, for example, for applications involving a supply voltage, earth and multiple signal lines, or for balanced audio transmission with shielding.
